We know it can be difficult to start with new software and the worry of making sure you and your staff know precisely how to use it to its maximum potential; that’s where we come in!
We offer you online and over the phone training at any time throughout your subscription whenever you feel it is needed. We provide constant on-going support to make sure you are confident using the Admin System and Mobile App. There is no extra cost with our online training, as this is included in your monthly package.
We work with you and do everything in our power to make sure you and your staff are fully trained and will even come to your offices in person, giving you and your team on-site training, answer any questions you may have. We are open to any suggestions on changes that you think will make our system work best for you.
We offer Eworks Manager Training phone support from 8-5 Monday to Friday and have an afterhours support email to put your mind at ease for any urgent queries that need answering.
